The Winery of La Grancia di Spedaletto

The Winery of La Grancia di Spedaletto was born from the passion of Aurelio Carletti, father of Cinzia, who has been producing DOC Orcia wines for over 25 years.

Today, his grandson Francesco proudly carries on the family’s winemaking tradition, cultivating selected grapes in soils rich in clay and sand. The cordon-trained vineyard ensures a limited yield of about 50 quintals per hectare, enhancing the quality of the harvest. Only the finest clusters are handpicked and transformed into wines of excellence that deliver genuine emotions.

Our farm is passionately dedicated to the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, starting with the careful hand-picking of olives at their peak ripeness.
We use traditional cold-pressing methods to preserve the natural aromas and nutritional properties, giving our oil its fruity bouquet and rich, complex flavor — the perfect match for every dish of the Mediterranean cuisine.
